starting business with your company Inquiry (采购产品): starting business with your company I run a shipping brokerage business, I arrange the shipping of freight for numerous companies, all over the United States and Canada. I would like to be able to assist your company. My shipping brokerage company, Interstate Services, Inc., is small but very strong and knowledgeable. My office consists of myself, and one full time employee. I have been in this business for almost 11 years and I believe my experience can benefit your company and help your freight move smoothly and efficiently. I am also aware of the competitive aspect of the business. We are a small company with little overhead, this allows us to pass on savings to you, “the customer”. The one thing my company has which most shipping brokerage companies don't offer or provide is our excellent, thorough, and personal customer service. Most businesses have certain hours of operation and when those hours are completed, everyone goes home and all business is halted until the next day. Whereas our answering machine states our "office" hours, we forward the office phones to a cell phone so we can be available at all hours, and it's the type of cell phone which also provides the emails for Interstate Services, Inc.. We work feverishly to have each shipment picked up when, where, and at the time you want it picked up and have it delivered per your needs. Once the freight is picked up and delivered, you will receive written confirmation either by fax or email, whichever you prefer. We keep in close contact with the driver and the customer at all times during the shipments transit. This is our procedure we follow whether it's your first shipment or your 100+ shipment. We take our work very seriously because each shipment is important, whether it is a full shipment or less then truck load shipment.
