Inquiry (采购产品): beryllium machining Good morning, I am using beryllium as gasket material for high pressure experiments. I would need to machine cylinders of beryllium of 5.5 mm of diameter and 1mm of thickness in order to have a central part of ~1mm diameter and 0.2mm thickness, and then to drill a hole of 0.25mm at the center of it. The spark erosion should be the best suited technique. I need a precision of less than 50 microns in the positioning of the hole and in its diameter. I would like to know first of all if you can do machining and drilling with the requested precision, and second which would be the time needed for doing this on 10 pieces of beryllium that I would provide.
