oil flexible tnks Inquiry (采购产品): oil flexible tnks Can you please advise whether or not you can quote price and delivery for the supply of 3 ea. flexible storage tanks as follows: 1. 3ea. Flexible tank for storage of transformer oil, capacity 40,000 liters (10,600 gallons) made of fabric with textile support (polyamida) with two walls of nitrile elastomer (poly acrilo nitrilo 10-butadiene) vulcanized under vacuum by a single operation and assembled without sawing, resins, gluesor additives, with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm. The inside wall of the tank shall be resistant to dielectric oils and for that shall have a chemical treatment that guarantee to affect the oil properties. Exterior wall shall be ozone resistant and other atmospheric agents as well for corrosion due to the use outdoors. Tank corners shall be rounded and reinforced with dual vulcanization. Same reinforcement for flanges and conexions that shall have SS studs and nuts. Flanges or connections shall be non corrosive material or SS. Tank shall have handles all around the perimeter no more than a meter apart.. Valves and connections shall be bronze, aluminum or SS with Teflon gaskets and seals. Outlets shall be detachable with elbows and quick connectors and drip proof aluminum plugs. Suction and discharge ports shall have a 2” NPT valve. Shall have venting or purge valve and a bronze strainer with 1/16” openings. This port shall have a dual flange with retainer plate both in aluminum to allow access to the tank interior when necessary. Shall include the following: Pine wood crate military type painted for outdoors top and side opening or access, four handles and corner reinforcements with such dimensions that could fit in a pickup bed (up to 40 m3) One repair kit including sand paper, flange wrench, brush, field plugs, patches, 4 cement containers all ina plastic box One UV protection camvas made of PVC 700 to 900 g/cm2 large enough to completely cover the tank, with hooks on all sides and tying bands. Fabric shall have a tensile strength of at least 265 daN/5 cm Bag to store the folded tank same fabric as above Two sets of disassembled connections with elbows, 1-1/2” valves with quick connectors three covers for the ports and connections Need a written warranty for 12 months from startup or 18 months from shipping against manufacturing defects as well a 5 year of usage without leaks due to fabric tear, welding failure and fabric craking due to storage folding.
