A customer of ours is asking for soft hollow plastic balls or soft foam balls of diameter 5 – 15 mm. The surface must be tight (closed-cell foam?) so that no liquid can come into the ball. The use will be in metal cylinders to be filled with propylene glycol and water. When the fluid is filled into the cylinders, the balls will be compressed. They must be elastic so they will not break or collapse. Each cylinder will need 0,3 liter of balls and the production is 5000 cylinders / year. Can you propose a suitable ball material and send us a quotation ?
