Inquiry (采购产品): Flame Hardening Plates Hi, I have 16 test plates that need to be quench and tempered to Rockwell C28 thru C34. The plates are 4" X 4" X 1/2" thick and made of 1345 steel. After the Q&T one 4 X 4 surface needs to be flame hardened to Rockwell C53 thru C60 to a depth of 0.25" to 0.375". Please provide a quote if you have this capability. I also need to know how well you will be able to control the hardened depth. Will the process be automated? Done by torch and hand? I look forward to hearing from you.
