Inquiry (采购产品): Special Bearing Surface I have done a little study on hydrogenated DLC coatings and Nano-Composite coatings and believe that one of these type of coatings may solve our problem? Our need is for a bearing being plated with the following characteristics (reason: to improve the wear factor): 1. material of a stepped shaft is 17-4 alloy at ? hard with the smaller part to be plated for high load of up to 30,000 psi 2. close tolerance, 3. bearing to be lubricated by water because it will be immersed in water ~ 8' in depth, 4. outside part or other half of bearing is 17-4 at full hard 5. ability to withstand shock, 6. OD to range from 2", 3", 4" and possibly 5", 7. length of bearing is 1 3/4", If you cannot provide this service, could you suggest someone who can? Thank you for your help and response.
