We have 40,000 pound trailer loads being elevated to a 63 degree angle to empty onto ground storage. The wood waste is pushed away from the truck dumper onto a ground storage area by a dozer. The wood waste is reclaimed by the dozer pushing material onto a chain feeder extending about 40 feet into the storage pile. The feeder discharges onto a belt conveyor system delivering wood waste to a screen and hog tower for sizing then to the boiler waste wood fuel system. System capacity is 60 tons per hour. Wood waste is 16 to 26 pounds per cubic foot Moisture Content: 50 percent contained moisture.
