Inquiry (采购产品): Auto Emblems Greetings, I am curious about your injection molding services. I am considering designing a line of products in the "country western" theme. It would consist of 6-10 different auto emblems. I am interested in either the plastic piece by itself, or the plastic piece with a chrome covering. I have seen two variations of chroming, one where the chrome covers the entire piece, edges included. And another variation, where the insets and edges are not chromed, and only the surface layer has chrome. I believe the surface chroming is done with a method called hot foil stamping. The fully chromed pieces uses an electro static chroming process. I'm not exactly familiar with the terms yet. Also, if you do offer packaging I would be interested in what that would cost. I have found a couple pictures of auto emblems that are similar to what I'm thinking about. I think I would be looking at orders of 5000 pieces if each mold is ran individually. Or, possibly if we could do 2000 each of 10 different molds. Thanks for your time.
