IN CASE YOU ARE A STAINLESS STEEL BUYER: · 1st, In our Stainless Steel products, we use recommended grade of 304/316 (SPL Mark) & 202 (CHI Mark) The quality that we maintain confirms to the standard requirements. As the company is working to satisfy customer so for grade we work according to customer’s recommendation. · 2nd is technical side, no comprise and no deviation and provide technical support to maintain 100% quality product. Our manufacturing cost comes obviously a little higher than other manufacturer, However it get compensated with the engineered quality than others. While talking item wise, Technical Reference Standards we are using are latest to manufacture items/products as per national / international standards. Our gauging practice confirms to the international and national standards where in the pitch diameter plays a major role and is the most important factor in assembly of the product. The less or more diameter results in the failure of the assembly. Normally, local products do not confirm these specifications and just can be fitted in the assembly but cannot assure the proper assembly in longer run. In this case if the threading diameter is maintained the chances of product failure are minimal. GO and NO GO quality products confirms to the specified standards. This strength gives fastening elements a required force to be assembled together even in loaded conditions.
