Inquiry (采购产品): specialty hinges I have had a table made for our Sailboat. It is a folding table that when folded stores on a wall (bulkhead) in the cabin. Folded it is longer than the height available from where it would have to be hinged. Presently, you have to remove it totally from the bulkhead storage bracket, drop the bulkhead end of the table into two fixed brackets then unfold the legs and so on. The Boatwright who designed it planned to use but couldn't find, a type of hinge/bracket arrangement where the bottom end of the table, when being stored on the bulkhead, would slide down about a foot to it's stored height allowing you to secure the top end of the table to the bulkhead. To set the table up you would tilt the table out at the top and as vertical clearance allowed swing the top out until it was horizontal while simultaneously raising the bulkhead end of the table, about 12 inches, on this hinge/bracket gismo to it's table top height. I assume that hinge/bracket would somehow lock in the raised position allowing us to unfold the legs that support the end that is away from the bulkhead. I know this may be hard to visualize and if so I will take some pictures and send them. If you can identify what I am trying to accomplish please contact me at this email address: starstream02@gmail.com or you can call at 727 864-0100. Thank you for any help you can provide!
