Main bussiness of CFM Slovakia is metal stamping, tool design and tool fabrication and under one roof there is also assembly line for electrical motors for our customer. Production area in Slovakia, consists of the 3 types of lines for DC electrical motors assembly and one line for cables assembly. We are producing for our customer already for 5 and half year. Our customer is also our supplier of the material, technology and machines. We are only producing the assembly of the mentioned products for them. Weekly production of the DC Electrical motors is approx. 4000 pcs and 2000 pcs is for the cable assembly. The production of the DC electrical motors consists of the winding of the coils or rotors, assembling of the housings, rotors and covers for the motors and of the final assembly of the motors (motor closing and final checking). Cables assembly consists of cutting, stripping, terminal clamping. Each line is operated only by a womens. Production is operated with help of manual tools, pneumatic and electrical tools, some operations are made by hands. The production has to be very preciously and ask for operators with good health and eyes and with good feeling in hands. At Slovakia we work according to the ISO 9001 Quality Standards.
