A run-off of 1 shift worth of production will be required to approve the machine at completion. Approximately .004 - .005 inches grinding stock is on the finished forged spider. Please quote both a low end (pick and place, manual measurement) and high end (automated, self adjusting, high speed) Machine. The low end would feature a pick and place spaced wheel with 2 or 4 on the drop. Rebuilt is OK, so is new. If you can meet the capability with a single grind, OK, but remember we will be checking CPK. The high end should be able to handle about 300 pieces per hour.
