The CMSA is working to bring together all the key players in the industry – suppliers, manufacturers, insurance companies and consumers – with the goal of creating clearer standards, greater fairness and better business opportunities. The CMSA has worked hard to create accreditation standards for Canadian medical suppliers. Our accreditation process will bring them under the umbrella of a uniform set of principles and guidelines. As it stands right now, there has been a lot of fraud in the industry. We are hoping to curb this, as well as create a comprehensive list of accredited medical suppliers which will be a valuable resource for all industry stakeholders and consumers.
