Dear Sir, We have come to know that you are manufacturing process control Instruments/Thermostats for which you have regular requirements of Stainless Steel Tubes(both in S.S.304 & 316 Qlty) in long continuous. We take pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of the pioneer manufacturers of Stainless Steel Welded & Cold Drawn Tubes in India which are being marketed within the country and overseas markets. We have a most modern plant with Japanese technology and Japanese Machinery installed at Dharuhera,Haryana,Distt.Rewari few kilometers away from New Delhi. RANGE OF PRODUCTS : We are manufacturing Stainless Steel Welded & Cold Drawn Tubes from the material AISI TP : 304, 316 & 321. At present we can supply Stainless Steel Tubes having O.D in the range of 0.3mm to 31.75mm with wall thickness upto 1.65mm. However, it is possible for us to supply wall thickness as thin as 0.03mm. SPECIAL BRIGHT ANNEALING FACILITIES : We have extra special facilities for bright annealing in order to avoid surface scaling and improve optimum performance, corrosion resistance and perfect concentrocity. FOR "THERMOSTATS WITH STAINLESS STEEL BULB AND CAPILLARY" : We are regularly supplying from ex-stock S.S Tubes in long continuous coils in fully annealed condition of various sizes in S.S 304/304-LQlty and S.S 316/316-L Qlty) to many thermostat manufacturers. Some of the commonly used sizes are as follows :- 1.0mm O.D x 0.5mm I.D (AISI 304 and 316-L Quality) 3.0mm O.D x 2.5mm I.D (AISI 304 and 316-L Quality) 5.0mm O.D x 4.4mm I.D (AISI 304 and 316-L Quality) 6.35mm O.D x 5.35mm I.D (AISI 304 and 316-L Quality) MICRO-BORE CAPILLARY TUBES IN LONG CONTINUOUS COILS :We are also manufacturing Stainless Steel Micro-Bore Capillary Tubes in 0.25mm to 0.30 mm I.D x1.6mm,1.8mm,2.0mm,2.5mm and 3mm O.D for mercury in Steel Thermameter, Besides this,tubes in continuous long coils of size 3/16" O.D x 22G etc are also readily available with us.
