Inquiry (采购产品): Washer - RoHS Compliant. I have a spec'd washer, and want to change it to a better material for my application. The washer is for a #4 screw : .116" ID x .25" OD x .031" Thick. Material = PTFE (Teflon) My problem is that this material takes a set and does not function as intended. I need the material to insulate the standoff between PC Boards, but hold the thickness over time, temperature, and vibration. The assembly is for the aircraft industry, and needs to be RoHS compliant as well. Do you have a product which would economically replace this item? We have (10) per unit, so price is factor. Initial quantities are low at ~500 pieces, but future could ramp up from there - we will know more after development.
