Inquiry (采购产品): chromalox heating element This question is regarding an old in-wall electric heater. Intake/fan at the top forces air over heating elements/out at the bottom. I believe the model is N72. The question is regarding the heating element. There are 3 posts. One of the posts connects by a jumper like device to another post. What is this device. It was "sprung". It seems it could be a fuse, but the heater has circuit breakers assigned to it in the e-panel. I soldered it back in place and the heater works fine. I can email a pdf of the item in question.
