Inquiry (采购产品): ktl process Dear Sir or Madam, I work for a company called RMA Parts LLC. We manufacture motorcycle sprockets in Brazil and distribute them here in US, maintaining Inventory in NY. We are facing a problem with our product and in order not to send them back to Brazil for reprocessing, we are looking for sources in US that could help us with that. We have around 3,000 motorcycle steel (C45) rear sprockets that need to suffer the KTL process (Black) in order to adjust the issues we are facing right now. The sprockets were submitted to electrolytic galvanization (Zinc) in Brazil. We now need to go to KTL process since we are adapting our product to a new look and also because KTL, during our tests, indicated it lasts much more than electrolytic galvanization against corrosion. As the sprockets differ from each other on sizes and surface, please, inform how we could get an estimate from your company and also inform how long it would take to have this 3,000 sprockets ready.
