Thank you There are three types of film that we would like to purchase: blend bag film dextrose bag film bicarb bag film Here is our spec sheet for the blend film: Bicarb film There is no spec sheet for the bicarb film, however it is just like the blend film spec sheet above with the following exceptions: *The blend film has the PVDC layer and the bicarb film does not have this layer. *The bicarb film has lacquer & ink and the blend bag film does not have lacquer & ink (4 colors). Label information will be printed on bag by your company. The purpose of the lacquer is anti skid so that the bags do not slide over each other when put on pallet. *It is white opaque (titanium dioxide). *The WEB width 27.5" Dextrose film There is no spec sheet. We are looking for something cheap that can run on a VFFS & can pass the tests below. Can you please quote prices as requested below in $/1,000 lineal ft. with and without freight? I think the information below will be helpful in making an accurate quote. All three films will go on a VFFS machine. All the bag films need to be sealable at 290-340 degrees F. The quantities below is annual quantity. Blend Bag film Oregon, OH 2,698,632 lineal feet Would be willing to look at other structures providing they can handle sodium diacetate that contains acetic acid as one of the ingredients in Fresenius's product, some plastics will delaminate. Adhesive layer would need to be able to withstand acidic environment without turning pink. Plastic will have to go through testing: machinability on VFFS machine, biocompatibility, accelerating aging, stability testing of product in the bag. Sodium Bicarbonate Bag Film (white film) all for Ohio plant 14" Repeat, 162,400 small bags 18" Repeat, 2,850,340 medium bags 23" Repeat, 46,000 large bags Please quote in $/impression with and without freight, all of this type of film goes to the Oregon, OH plant. Dextrose film (no spec sheet, want cheap film that will run on Avatar, Taylor VFFS machine) Oregon, OH 1,349,316 lineal feet Irving, TX 1,634,031 lineal feet Please quote in $/1,000 ft.
