Service in Australia is a must Inflow is sewage water after tertiary ultra filtration treatment Inflow rate is 110m3/hr (480GPM) Expected UV transmittance is 0.8 Requirements by the customer are as follows: The UV system shall provide as a minimum, 100mJ/cm2 reduction equivalent dose (RED). The UV system shall be configured for ease of maintenance and lamp replacement. The UV lamps shall be cleaned automatically. Failure of any individual lamp shall be immediately alarmed to the SCADA system. The Identity/location of any failed lamp(s) shall be clearly indicated on the UV device itself, or via the (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) SCADA system. The treated water entering the UV system shall include on-line monitoring for UV transmittance and this shall be transmitted to the SCADA and instigate an alarm if the transmittance falls below a trigger value. UV intensity shall be measured on-line and transmitted to the SCADA. Intensity levels below A trigger value shall provide an alarm on the SCADA system.
