We are currently preparing an offer for the above tender and we kindly ask you to submit your complete technical and commercial offer according to the attached general specification and client's specification, taking into consideration that all the material should be delivered to Ethiopia. Complete technical and commercial offer. 2. Complete technical guarantee schedules signed and stamped. 3. State all exception and deviations from the specification. 4. Complete set of catalogue. 5. Complete set of drawings. 6. Reference List 7. A copy from the type test report. 8. ISO certificate. 9. Cost of routine tests for 2 persons for 2 weeks should be submitted in your offer. PS. Ethiopia is above sea level with 2000 meter. Validity: your offer should be valid up to 30.10.2008 (five months). Guarantee period: the guarantee shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 24 months from first energizing, with 4 months delivery time. Delivery Term: CIF Djibouti.
