Scope of work includes surveying for interior, selective demolition of fa?ade and tenant space, shoring, CMU trash wall and foundation, foundations at storefront fa?ade, chain link trash gates, concrete saw-cutting and removal for plumbing, concrete patching, CMU and brick masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, rodent barrier, FRP, millwork/cabinetry, moisture mitigation systems, insulation, roof accessories and patching, sealants, aluminum storefront, glazing, automatic slider, EIFS, roofing, sealants, ceramic wall and tile, acoustical ceiling, resilient flooring, epoxy finish on concrete, special wall surfaces, painting deck, painting walls and floors, misc. exterior painting, concrete sealer, PETCO furnished and contractor provided items, rework fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, energy management system and installation of Owners items.
