Recruiting Inquiry (采购产品): Recruiting - MidWest Recruiters Recruiting Department, I would like to introduce myself and our Company, MidWest Recruiters. Here is a brief statement about the areas of the country we work in and our areas of recruiting emphasis. In the 33+ years the firm has been in existence, we’ve literally worked in all 50 States and in the past, overseas in the Pacific Rim. Today, most of our recruiting efforts are confined to the lower 48 States. Approximately 80% of our recruiting efforts are committed to manufacturers. When it comes to “who we work with”, the best description I could give to you, would be a list of the job titles. In a limited number of instances, a Chairman of the Board, numerous CEOs, CFO/Comptrollers, Operations Directors/VPs/Managers, Plant/General Managers, Production Supervisors, Materials/Logistics Managers/Directors, most of your upper management positions in HR, Sales Management team members and Engineers of all sorts. This list is by no means complete but I believe it gives you an idea of the scope of our recruiting specialties. One thing we seldom remember to mention to our company clients like you is that most every one of my colleagues have had extensive management careers in the capital equipment manufacturing industry. Those careers have ranged from 28-34 years in length and that extensive talent and experience can be brought to bear, each and every time we’re called on to assist a fine Company like yours.
