But what I dont understand is that when a person who has the nessesary skills and training, and is more than willing to work, gets refused empolyment because of a felony that happened 16 years ago has never happened since and has finished his term with no obigations to the law, is far from equal employment opprotunity. continued drug use, violates company rules about bring in nonpersonal ie, small children, who have been brought through the plant, around machinery, putting them at risk of injury. Making one wonder if your company has the nessesary insurance to cover this sort of behavior your employees have been violating this for some time or do these things just get over looked. And with this in mind I also wonder if any of this has been printed to the news papers.
