Project related assignments such as those found in the industrial, professional and technical sectors have taken advantage of this aspect of staffing service. Forte + Labor Finders offer client’s company the opportunity to try out employee(s) on a temporary basis, and hire them after 90 days if they wish to at no additional charge. This is the recruiting, presenting and placing of the highest level candidate which are not generally available in the Temporary, or Temporary – to – hire staffing services. Forte + Labor Finders identify and contact professionals already in the employment of competitors of the clients company and recruit them to Forte + Labor Finders client job opportunity. Forte + Labor Finders provide an on site coordination of clients company temporary help. This is usually done through a long-term general contract.
