Inquiry (采购产品): Coating Hi, I would like to coat some plates made of 4340 alloy steel. The plate is 160mmx 35 mm x80 mm. It is heat-treated, stress relieved and completely machined before coating. It is used as a locking plate subject to high load and is moving within a supporting frame. The purpose of coating is to reduce the coefficient of friction between the plate and the supporting frame. The coating must provide a very good resistance to wear. I was wondering if you can provide or suggest a suitable coating process for our application. Thank you.
