This is requirements is for Laboratory case work. We would appreciate if you would quote your equal or better specifications, best competitive prices and minimum delivery period positively along with electronic catalogs and later send the original offer and original catalogs with all other documents by courier. Following are the terms and conditions of the above tender. 1. Your export prices should be net net to us FOB and CIF Jeddah. 2. Your offer should remain valid up to at least December, 2008. 3. Your offers must cover the required specified units or equivalent with basic accessories meeting or exceeding client specifications check-list, which should be filled in and stamped by manufacturer. Optional accessories should be quoted separately, if any. 4. The manufacturer should confirm that the goods quoted in their offer are new, unused, of the most recent or current models and according to the specifications of the tenderer, equal or better noting that you have to prepare the check-list showing comparison between your specification and client’s specification. 5. For equipments, the warranty shall be valid for 3 years after the complete goods have been delivered, installed, tested and accepted at the final destination. Longer warranty is an option. 6. Shipment of the goods required to be within 6 to 8 weeks time from the opening of L/C. 7. Your offer should be supported by catalogs, FDA or CE Certificates, application and technical papers, references, etc. 8. Specifications, if not the same or better as per the tenderer specifications, have to be marked as alternative provided the deviation is not excessive. 9. Designs, materials, colors, model numbers and applications should be well addressed in your offer specifications. 10. We are enclosing herewith the client’s checklist to be filled in informing the difference if any in the required specifications compared with clients requirements. This checklist is important to be filled in by manufacturer and returned to the customer. Also, provide original catalogs, testimonials, drawings, CDs etc. to demonstrate the product functions and features, wherever necessary. 11. If you have any questions or clarifications or if you are not interested to quote, kindly inform us immediately. 12. The attached specifications is the minimum. Manufacturer is required to quote the latest recent specifications for products accredited by FDA or CE and for all accessories making the equipment quoted in full working condition. 13. The only voltage specified in specifications. Frequency must be 60 Hz. No equipment will be accepted, if 50 Hz. 15. Consumables and parts required for PPM and routine service during the warranty period must be quoted separately for the 2nd and 3rd year. 16. Provide all operational and service training media, supplies and parts for PPM and routine service as part of the equipment once ordered. 17. As part of the shipment, the client stipulates 2 originals of the operational manuals, service manuals, and spare parts manuals with schematics, diagrams, etc. 18. Validity of your offer should be December 2008. Please fax your offer in advance and then dispatch your quotation with 3 sets with all original catalogs.
