We are a fairly new company in Northern Iowa and will be participating in Iowa DOT bid lettings. Currently there is a letting for "Large Type "B" Extruded Aluminum Highway Signs", which we wish to place our bid. We are in search of a manufacturer because there are currently three (3) approved manufacturers, for the Iowa DOT, and they all participated in the last letting. In order for my company to be able to place a bid, and be competitive, we must find a manufacturer who is willing to become an approved manufacturer. I would be interested in speaking with someone from your company about contacting the Iowa DOT in order to be added to the list and thus using my company as a distributor/vendor here in Iowa.
