Inquiry (采购产品): Pro Arc Plasma cutter I work for a Lady who owns a Pro Arc Plasma Cutting system, It has never been used, it has been in a shop under a sheet since her late husband bought it a few years ago. He bought it brand new and like I said, never used it, he fell ill right after purchasing it. My Email here is inquiring, this unit is not striking an arc, I am plugged into a 120 power source and am using the required air pressure, with the ground wire firmly grounded on a piece of metal, this unit still refuses to strike an arc. Could this unit be defective? is there anything I should try to get it working? I Would hate to think that something like this is no good just because it sat in a dry shop for a few years especially since its brand new. here are the specs i have from the unit: Pro Arc 2500 Plasma Cutting System Series B barcode A56019 246v MAX 1~ 60Hz Torch Type M15822 LR 113971 Pro Arc 1 Lincoln Way St. Louis, Mo. 63120-1578 IP21 this is most of the info from the bottom left rear panel of the unit.
