I an working on a project with ArcelorMittal designing specifications for a coil Heat Treating Furnace. I spoke with a member of your company briefly earlier this year and was wondering if you could give our team a general price estimate for your "Bell Type Furnace". Furnace Dimensions: Width = 16 feet Depth = 24 feet Height = 8 feet Coils Being Treated: 3 Coils per Treatment Carbon Steel Inner Diameter: 30 inches Outer Diameter: 56 inches Height: 100 inches Average Weight per coil: 20,000 pounds (60,000 pounds total) Note: Coils will be laid horizontally in the furnace. Cycle Time: Annealing Temperature: 1200-1800 F Annealing Time: 400-700 min Cooling Rate: 25 F/hour down to 800-100 F If possible could you look into two situations: 1) An estimate with the automated vertical lifting system included. 2) An estimate with vertical lifting operated by an existing crane within the plant.
