Inquiry (采购产品): Venturi Scrubber Need design information and budget quote for the following Application: Occasional emissions of Trichlorosilane (TCS) vapors in an Argon carrier gas while purging bulk cylinders/containers and gas lines. Purge Gas Rate/Composition: Assume 1 CFM of flow with 95% inert gas and the balance being TCS Vapor Reactivity with Water: Trichlorosilane is classified as Water Reactive 2. It produces toxic and flammable gases upon contact with water. It reacts violently with water to form hydrogen chloride fumes, hydrogen and fine Silica. TCS vapor Treatment: Use high recirculation rate water in a Venturi type scrubber to draw and treat the TCS purge gas.
