Inquiry (采购产品): Feedback requested We are operating in Pakistan and have your hot oil burner installed at our facility that was procured through Eagleton Engineering Company / Born Inc., in 1998. John Zink Order No: 911645 PVYD-20RM Burner PO No: 8730-2939 The burner is equipped with five burners. One of these five burners has been classified as main burner and it has been made mandatory for it to be lit. The unit shutdown logic requires the 3oo5 pilots to be lit including main burner. the five burners A, B, C, D and E are installed in a circular arrangement. The logic requires either ACE or BDE pilot to be lit otherwise unit shuts down During heavy rains, the unit trips on flame out indication, specifically of main burner. We temporarily bypass the main burner flame out security to restart the burner. We suspect that rain ingress into air draft chamber or through chimney causes this tripping. Your expert opinion on our bypass methodology and engineering controls on rain water ingress problem would be highly appreciated.
