supply of stainless steel plates Inquiry (采购产品): supply of stainless steel plates Attention: President Dear Sir/Madam, It certainly gives us great pleasure to contact your renowned company when we urgently need a principal who can co-operate with us exclusively for the supply to our customer of material of the specifications given below: SS PLATES Sr. Description Qty A Stainless Steel Plates(A240-TYP304L) as per attached technical specification below: 1. 1500X200,000X2mm 01 Roll 2. 1500X6000X6mm 26 plates 3. 1500X6000X8mm 25 plates 4. 1500X6000X10mm 22 plates 5. 1500X6000X12mm 10 plates 6. 1500X6000X15mm 6 plates 7. 1500X6000X20mm 16 plates B.Stainless Steel Plates (A240-TYP316) as per attached technical specification sheet 8. 1500X6000X10mm 10plates 9. 1500X6000X12mm 10plates TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION STAINLESS STEEL PLATES & SHEETS The plates & Sheets shall be supplied in accordance with ASMI Specification SA 240 and the following supplementary requirements. 1.Material supplied according to this material specification shall conform to mandatory requirements of latest edition of ASTM specification A480/480M. 2.The quantity and sizes of the plates shall be as referred as herein above . 3.Plates shall be hot rolled & solution anncaled,whereas,sheets shall be cold rolled solution anncaled as per relevant section of ASTM specification SA 240 and of No.1 finish. 4.A Report on the tension test shall be submitted in accordance weth ASTM specification A-370. 5.A report on the chemical analysis of each heat shall be submitted in accordance with ASTM specification A-751. 6.A report on Inter-granular corrosion test in accordance with ASTM specification A262-84,practice E shall be submitted. 7.A report on Ultrasonic Testing in accordance with relevant section of ASTM standard A-577 shall be submitted. 8.Manufacturer’s certificate,certifying that the plates have been made to the requirements as mentioned above and as given in the relevant sections of above- mentioned ASTM specification shall be submitted. 9.Plates &Sheets shall be properly stamped with the relevant ASTM specification number,UNS number,heat number & thickness. 10.All certificates shall be in English and shall indicate the reference no. of this technical Specification.
