Quote Request Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request Sir/Madam, I'm Rowena Reyes, working at BRDC, duly authorized contractor here at US Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. We have a new bid project here at the base, in which the scope of work is to install fire protection upgrades in all buildings in Tierra Kay Housing community. We would like to solicit your bid to provide the services of design and build per SOW stated below: 1.Fire Alarm 1.1. Install a new conventional Monaco fire alarm control panel/radio transmitter on the exterior of the buildings in a weather proof enclosure. Each fire alarm control panel/radio transmitter can support multiple buildings. 1.1.1. One zone shall be provided for the each sprinkler system, and one zone shall be provided for the manual pull stations for each building. 1.1.2. The control panel zones shall be labeled such that the fire department can identify the building from which the alarm originated. 1.1.3. All conduit shall enter the bottom of the fire alarm control panel box and enclosure. 1.1.4. The sprinkler system shall be electronically supervised. All supervisory signals shall be transmitted. 1.1.5. The panel shall transmit an alarm on activation of water flow or activation of an exterior pull station. 1.2. Install manual pull stations listed for use on the exterior within 5 feet of all main entrances to the units. The conduit shall not enter the sides or top of the back boxes. 1.3. Piezo alarms shall be installed on each floor of each unit. The alarms shall sound upon activation of any flow switch or pull station in the building. 1.4. Install new hard wired smoke detectors with sounder bases in all sleeping rooms in accordance with NFPA 72, NFPA 101 and UFC 3-600-01. 1.4.1. All smoke detectors shall be interconnected within a unit. When one smoke detector activates within a unit, all other smoke detectors within the unit shall sound as well. 1.4.2. Replace existing smoke detectors with the same type units being installed in the sleeping rooms. 1.4.3. Smoke detectors are not required to report back to the main fire alarm control panel. 1.4.4. All exposed power and communication lines running to and from the smoke detectors shall be within wire molding. Match the existing wire molding for the existing smoke detectors. 1.5. All wiring for the fire alarm control panel and fire alarm devices shall be in metallic conduit. 1.6. All wall penetrations through rated walls shall be fire caulked.
