Inquiry (采购产品): Recently Purchased 6 Step I am contacting you from the U.S.P.S. Vehicle Maintenance Facility in Norcross, GA and we recently purchased a 6 step ladder through our local MSC catalog. The ladder arrived loosely stapped to a small pallet, and all scratched up. We have assembled the ladder without all of the necc. hardware included, and found the casters are atleast 1/4 inch up off the floor with. The casters only go in one way and the holes are pre-drilled in the "U" bracket. Please advise on what we need to make this ladder functional.
