This forging procedure represents a significant improvement, which is reflected in the following: 1. The piece to be forged requires only one warm-up before its forging is complete 2. Forging time is reduced to 2-6 minutes for all hook sizes 3. High quality (i.e. flawless shape and geometry) of the forged hook 4. Environment-friendly and energy-saving. To name an example, hooks with lifting capacity of 100 tons require hydraulic press force of 600 tons. The procedure has been patent-protected. I would be prepared to allow you an insight in my documentation describing the development of the tool and the technological forging process.
