Inquiry (采购产品): Synthetic Rubber Springs Hello, I am a product designer and need some assistance for the selection of the best synthetic rubber material for my application. Then I would need a reliable supplier of the selected material. I'm looking for a material where its resilience would function as a spring. These springs need to meet these general criteria: 1- Would be about 1/4" to 1/2" high. 2- Its resilience must be measurable and stable, such as a Spring Rating indicates the performance in a metal spring. 3- Must be resistant to deviations (% of deviation) from its spring rating given exposures to fluctuations in ambient temperatures within 20 - 110 degrees F. 4- Must be able to maintain the above rating criteria for at least 2 years. 5- Preferably shaped similarly to a metal coil spring or also can be a tube. If these shapes are not available as standard, they can be molded as needed. My initial overview about synthetic rubbers suggests that Polybutadiene or Neoprene may be worth consideration but I really don't know. Please let me know which materials you feel can meet the above criteria and if you can supply them. Thank you.
