rfi Inquiry (采购产品): rfi I have finished research on a macro lens device for the compact digital camera, and proceeding into development of the fastening system. For this phase, I need the following: lens, plano-convex, commercial grade, polymer or bk7, 25-40mm diameter, 45-55mm focal length. the ideal lens is polymer, 32mm diameter, 50mm focal length. bk7 lens of the same specs would be my next preference. At the moment, I need sample quantities of one or two lenses in order to assess the quality of your product, and to fit it into the fastening system. If you can send me a sample at no cost, that would be nice. If you would like me to buy the sample lens, I will do so as long as the cost is reasonable: $25 maximum lens and shipping. Once the product is developed and ready for market, I would purchase 100 lenses for the preproduction run, 300 lenses/month for 3-6 months, and 1,000 lenses/month minimum for a period of 2-3 years. The target selling price of the product is under $40.00. The device is comprised of a lens, a quick-connect mounting system and a storage system. In order to remain competitive and ensure a reasonable profit margin, the target price for the lens is under $7.00 . Until I reach the need for 1,000 lenses/month, I am unwilling to invest in molds or pay other tooling charges, so the preproduction quantities must either come from stock, or be modified from stock. This product is a quick-connect macro lens for the compact digital camera. Shortly after preproduction has been launched, I will need similar lenses but with a much shorter focal length of about 25mm for the hyper macro lens. I will also need neutral filters and circular polarizing filters as the full suite of products has 6 photographic uses; all of them geared toward the compact digital camera. I hope I have made my objectives clear. If your company is interested in supplying me with the required items within the target price range, I welcome your reply. It is understood of course, that some companies can meet the target price on volume but not the short orders. If this is the case, reply and we'll try to hammer out a business agreement which suits us both.
