It is a dual spindle heat treating system with 17" vertical travel, part rotation and multi-function microprocessor-based PMC. A wide range of power ratings and frequencies are available ranging from 25 to 100 kW and from 25 to 200 kHz. The system is ideal for heat treating cylindrical parts from .38" to 1.00" diameter and up to 17" in length (15" heat treat length). A single, dual position, quick-change inductor coil disconnects power and cooling circuits simultaneously. Quench supply also has quick disconnect couplings. This unit is ideal for heat-treating two cylindrical parts at a time. Cooling requirements vary from 10 to 30 gpm depending on the kilowatt rating selected. The IHScanner is shipped ready to operate, requiring only a 3 phase, 480 volt input power and cooling water supply.
