varnish pump Inquiry (采购产品): varnish pump varnish transfer pump - 50gpm @ 8'tdh, elec. motor driven, 460v/60hz, with panel-board control station: w/remote start/stop switch, electric emergency "stop" push-button, and a disconnect box with lockout provisions, rated for Class 1 , Division 1, per NFPA 70 (NEC). Motor: shall be rated for continuous-duty & be equipted w/sealed, permanately lubricated bearings, & meet NEMA-MG 1 requirements. Bearings: must be made in U.S.A. or Canada. If not, the manufacturer must provide a list of the exact replacement bearings that ARE made in U.S.A. or Canada. This requirement is in accordance with the Defense Federal Acquistion Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.225-7016. The varnish being used in the pump will be ISONEL 31, solvent-based, Class 1C, Flammable per NFPA 34, Flashpoint is 80.1 degrees F. I hope this is enough info to provide a quote.
