Inquiry (采购产品): Broken Lock & Stock ladder About 6 months ago, we bought a couple of 4 step Stock and Lock ladders from your company. Last week, we had a support post break off at the top step, in the back of one ladder. I have a photo, showing the weld did not have very good penetration. I would like this ladder to be repaired / replaced.
