Inquiry (采购产品): System Manufacturing Feasability Hehner Metal Spinning Representative, My name is Erik Becker, and I am a graduate student in the ECE department at the University of Missouri. I am emailing you regarding the feasibility of developing a device I need to have built for my research. I have designed a conical horn antenna along with a connecting taper system. The machinist on campus said he could do it, but he would have to buy a large enough piece of metal, and boar the geometry out of it, and said that looking into a metal spinner would be ideal. I can provide CAD drawings of the system, but here is a summary. The device is 12 inches long. The horn side of the system has an inner output diameter of 2.598 in. and output diameter of 2.874 inches. The inner filters down into a flair angle of approx 38 degrees until it reaches an inner diameter of 1.18 inches. That diameter thickness continues for an 1.81 inch length. From that point until the rest of the 12 inch length, it gradually flares until a 6 inches diameter were it will connect to a flange. If you would be able to contact me to discuss the feasibility of building this device, and if I would be able to send you a CAD drawing please let me know.
