Inquiry (采购产品): Injection Molding Quote Hello, I have worked with a plastic engineer to design a protective mobile phone case for the iphone. I am now looking for company to handle the tooling and production of this product. Our case is a 2 piece design that consists of a hard ABS/Polycarbonate outer shell and a soft TPE inner shell. The case has been designed top be produced via 2 shot injection molding to fuse the inner and outer shells. The recommended mold for this case is a one cavity (one finished part per 2 shots), hot runner, P20, steel mold (or aluminum if it will be more cost effective). The life span of this product will be about 10-15k units max. Please let me know if your company would be interested in creating this mold and producing this product.
