Our company is testing a repair patch for air conditioning copper and aluminum tubing. We need C-clamps that can hold a patch over a hole that has up to 800 psi. We need C-clamps that are wider than the normal C-clamp. For example the largest tube we need to repair is 1-1/8-inch OD. We need a C-clamp like your fuel injector clamp with a screw that is about 1-inch wide. The smallest tubing we would repair is 3/8-inch in diameter. For this we need a C-clamp that is about 3/4-inch wide. We need five sizes, and thousands of each. I am traveling for about 30-days.
