Restructured and standardized the reporting and payment process. Converted manual sales lead program to EDI format. Integrated the Bendix Sales Administration functions for transfer to Honeywell’s Consumer Products Group in Connecticut. Budd (ThyssenKrupp subsidiary) – Parent company was preparing sale of subsidiary to a Canadian auto parts manufacturer. Assignment required the review and reconciliation of certain bank accounts which could affect the sale price at the Purchase Agreement signing. Not all accounts were to transfer ownership. Also prepared cash reports on daily disbursements and receipts that were affected by the sale. Chrysler Financial – Executed cash incentive program for this captive financial subsidiary. Included communications, program rules, error resolution and reconciliation of incentive awards among four thousand dealerships. Also decentralized retail loan pricing process to regional level. Rolled out this new pricing system to regions, including paper and electronic procedures. GMAC – Performed monthly closing of parent company ledger utilizing SAP. Reconciled asset and liability accounts. Prepared monthly Management Compensation Report showing the key components of subsidiary and consolidated business results. Reported variance analysis for 10Q filings. Kensa LLC – Auto supplier of wiring harnesses and services was behind in preparing for year-end closing. Prepared Accounts Payable report for Controller to prioritize payment schedule, brought inventory accounts up to date and identified pricing differences between parent and foreign subsidiary which were causing discrepancies in intercompany account balances.
