Steel Scrap to India Inquiry (采购产品): Steel Scrap to India Sub: Request For Quotation for Steel Scrap Dear Sirs, We are a team of professional Engineers having worked for over 30 years in International Steel industry. We have been given the mandate to import of steel scrap from various countries for distribution to the domestic steel industry.. We are based in Bombay, India and have our associates all over India. We wish to confirm that on behalf of our customers,we are interested to buy the steel scrap HMS 1&2 and /or shredded scrap with the following specifications, terms & conditions. The Sales & Purchases will be conducted based on the international procedures. Business closure would be subject to acceptance of the price and other terms governing the sale. Commodity: Heavy Melting Scrap 1 & 2 , mixed , ratio : 80:20, as per ISRI 200-206 and /or Shredded Scrap as per International Standards ISRI-211. Quantity: From 500 mts to 10,000 mts per month.+/ -10%. (Bulk cargo of 20,000 mts can be considered.) Packaging: Loose - stuffed in 20’ containers. Delivery schedule: The First shipment will commence no later than 21 days from date issued of the operative Letter of Credit. The remaining consignments will be shipped in each 7- day periods. This is negotiable. Inspection: SGS by seller. Payment Terms: An irrevocable operative documentary, confirmed, non-transferable, Letter of Credit shall be issued by our banker directly to the Sellers Bank. Performance Bond: The Seller Bank will issue a 2% PB after Buyer bank issue operative LC. Documents required for Payment : SGS inspection for quality and quantity as well as Certificate of origin shall be a part of negotiation documents, apart from standard documents for payments. Origin: USA / West Europe Price basis: CIF. Nava Sheva Port, Bombay. / Kandla , west coast/ Chennai, east coast. Price: Please quote in USD only.
