Inquiry (采购产品): order from the Collins group show I just received my pop display from the Tim Collins Group show and I am so upset that right now I just want you to send a slip and let me return the entire display and my order back to you. The display is bend and is not staying up the way it should, there are no instructions for assembling the green stand(which is all beat up also),and you did not send the red piece that can be used to demo the extreme. I ask for no hightac in the display but yet you sent me 12 hightac 2 packs. I wrote what you told me on the order about no hightac for the display so why would I turn around and order it in two packs? I thought I only ordered the additional packs(12) of the permatac 3 pack. There is also no invoice so I do not know what I was charged and whether I received free shipping and the discount off the display. I expect to hear something back tomorrow, 10/6, and to get some answers as to what is going on.
