Inquiry (采购产品): Engrave Lab McKenzie, this is Jimmy Broadway from Wake Forest. I have messed up my Engrave lab and do not know how to fix it. It was working great (would wake up my engraver and engrave very well and the engraver still works under the D14 program). I was missing most of my clip art that is in the book so I decided I would re-install Engrave Lab with the CD. The installation was successful, however now, Engrave will not communicate with my engraver. At first I thouht I had the wrong driver installed, went back and checked and I have the Cadlink Fastboard and the Meistergram H14 plotter installed. I am at a complete loss what to do. Can you email me and try to walk me through it or will this require a visit to my shop.
