Wholesale Quote Inquiry (采购产品): Wholesale Quote To Whom It May Concern: Our company, NicheShirts, requires our apparel (protected under provisional patent) to be manufactured with the following qualities/features/specifications numbered below. An overall description of what we envision precedes the bullet points: **The shirts are to be EASILY ripped (tore) and have a semi-elastic quality/visual appearance to them as they are tore off. Again, tearing of the shirt should be easy…even for a consumer of considerably less strength (for example, petite women and pre-teenagers/children). If possible, we would like the shirts to rip mid-line on the front and able to be ripped in one sweeping motion. With all due seriousness, the following video (#1) basically represents how we would like the rip to look. Copy and paste it to view the videos. Of course, we welcome your thoughts and advice on how to better achieve our goals. EASILY Rippable a. “Elastic” quality as it is ripped (see video link #1) b. Should rip in 1 effort, only when warranted (that is, the shirt should not rip from normal wear) c. Ideally, the rip direction should be midline (see video link) on the front on the shirt; this action should be easily reproducible d. The rip should be “clean” (that is, not frayed or jagged) 2. Appearance of a NORMAL Shirt still a. Desired shirts (slim/fitted for all) i. V-neck t-shirts ii. Crew neck t-shirts iii. muscle t-shirts (sleeveless) iv. A-shirts **Please respond to the above requirements as well as the following questions as soon as possible: 1. Manufacturing: 1. How can you accomplish the above to meet all requirements??? a. What cloth(s)/material(s) would you use? b. How would you make the shirt so that it is set to rip midline? c. Customization: can you also produce lettering/graphics on the shirts??? (This is another requirement for the company shirts) i. We envision having phrases on the front of the shirt (2-10 words) 1. 10-20 different phrases 2. How much would this cost??? Please give us a quote. 3. What are your (if any) order minimums??? 4. How long would manufacturing take to complete??? 5. What incentives can you offer??? 2. Drop-shipping: a.
