Inquiry (采购产品): Thermal conductive epoxies I'm looking for some thermaly conductive, none electricaly conductive potting compound. I have some magnet wire wound coils that will need to be sealed and potted. I will need the thermaly conductivity rating of the compound. I am also looking for it to handle as close to 200 deg.C running temp. as you can get. Please let me know what you may have that is in this range.
