We have a client who is in need of prototypes that are of such a quality so as to be used as salesman samples. Our timeline is limited, we would need finished goods delivered to Slingshot no later than Sept. 22nd. The scope of work is as follows: 1.PSA coated paper on a cardboard core (like a lint roller) a.3 different roll lengths b.10 sqft on each roll c.Baloney cut (or similiar cut) d.Does your company have the flexibility to vary the diameter of the cardboard core? e.The paper would have to have a silicone release layer on one side. f.Does your company have the capability to cut and print a polypropylene wrapper for each roll? g. Does your company have the ability to print the paper with a pattern before the adhesive is added? h.Quantity = 78 rolls (26 of each length) 2.PSA coated clear film (like a lint roller, but rolled so the PSA is facing the inside) a.2 diff. lengths b.10 sqft per roll c.Perforated every 4” d.Very small cardboard core e.Does your company have the ability to print the film before it is coated with PSA? f.Quantity = 52 rolls (26 of each length) 3.Die-cut stack of sticky sheets (same as above but in a stack instead of on a roll) a.Each stack has 30 sheets b.Each sheet is about 81/2 “ x 11” c.Quantity = 104 stacks 4.Die-cut paper products a.5 different layouts (5 different dies) b.Quantity = 585 sheets of cardstock paper 5.Other questions a.How close can your printing processes come to matching Pantone colors? b.Does your company have the capability of fan-folding sheets of paper? If this is something your company is interested in and capable of doing, and can commit to the timeline, please let me know ASAP which parts you can do and provide a ballpark cost. If the answer is ‘no’, if you know of anyone that does this kind of prototyping I would appreciate you passing along their contact information.
